Annual Board Meeting, June 11, 2009

At the annual meeting Kay Woolley and Nancy Brandell were re-elected to another term on the Raintree Villas HOA board. Their terms will be up spring of 2012.

Later, Bill Wilson, was appointed to fill out Mike Everly's term. It will end 2011.

By Laws and Covenants Meeting June 29, 2009

Thanks to all of the residents who came to the meeting. We had 42 in attendance. It was a productive meeting with many good ideas suggested by the residents. The board will proceed quickly to have the suggestions reviewed by an attorney.

Later this summer, you will be notified by our automated voice messaging system to attend the next meeting (not yet set). At that time, we will review the documents with the new wording. The documents will not be voted on at that meeting.
